Haven't posted here in awhile, but here's an update: Hail storm affected the building roof and side/back paint. So in affect the building will get a brand new roof, trimming and sides/back painted for a great look. The Historical Mural will also be refurbished to be the same Wonderful original look it had (still working on cost). Last year I already put in a new floor inside. I've had another good renter (that plans to stay) as the last one is moving away. With the location and all the new businesses moving in on Main Street it's an ideal location being a corner lot with high visibility and lots of parking. Have a blessed day!

My Story with Sportsangle

I retired after 20 proud years in the USAF in 1998. Wanting to start another dream as a businessman, I started out in 200 renting this wonderful, 3500 sf historical building to start out my new business Sportsangle, selling all different sports items, nationwide teams and other various collectible merchandise and sports cards. The business was strong and very popular in this area. I ended buying the building around 2003. In 2005, I rennovated the back half into a full 1000 sf apartment including a garage. I grew the business along with the needs of this community adding gaming card games etc. and it worked out great. In 2013, keeping this building I decided to retire again to start other endevours. I rented out the front store 2500 sf area to my son and partners who created Card Crazy which later on turned into Mana Pool. Around 2016 Mana Pool decided to move on giving me the opportunity to totaly upgrade the whole building, paint, electric, carpet, tile, AC system etc. Sometime before, even the famous historical music icons murial on the side of the building, (that was vandalized with grafitti) was refurbished with the help of the community pitching in supplies as well as one of the original artists doing the work to restore. In 2017 “The Brickstreet Players” rented the 2500 sf Business area till now, Aug 2018. The building area is currently now available for renting.
