We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who wants to work for it an established Architectural Stone Company. This position is a mixed role of both the bookkeeping function as well as various administrative duties. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable & highly organized with close attention to detail.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for all financial procedures & records
- Reconcile & balance all monthly bank & credit card accounts
- Review monthly financial statements
- Perform data entry of all invoices and receipts
- Maintain A/R and A/P with timely payment of invoices
- Monitor job costing & export data to spreadsheets for review
- Process payroll
- Manage third party relationships with insurance companies, suppliers & contractors
- Maintain current certificates of insurance
- Assist with requesting permits & inspections for jobs
- Complete seller documents for property
closings, including lien waivers
- Provide clerical & administrative support to management as requested
- Point person for mailing, supplies, bills & errands

Experience
- 2+ years working in Quickbooks
- Quickbooks Certification is preferred but not required
- 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting & bookkeeping
- Proficient with Google/Microsoft applications
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.
