Our last day of our Cruise week was a great one! The Brightview “Tender” went out for a joyride. Then we learned about Spain’s culture back on the ship through Spanish Lessons, concerts, specialty Dining, and more.🇪🇸🚢

We’re officially half way through our National Assisted Living Cruise Week! Today was a day at sea so we hit the pool deck and tomorrow we’re docked in Italy! 🛳️🌊

Our Sunshine Bunch Volunteer Group got to spread some love by giving away Resident-made goodie bags to local Police, Fire, and EMS Squads! Giving back is what we are all about. 🚔🚒🚑

We made our own Goldfish dupes! We made them and baked them from scratch, then we compared to see which was better…homemade won! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our Fresh Flower Arranging Workshop was full of budding Florists! Residents kept their favorite arrangement and made more as centerpieces for the tables in the Dining Rooms. 💐🌻🌷

In August we are focusing on all elements of wellness! Our crafty Vibrant Living Team is helping Residents build their hand strength and dexterity through bracelet weaving and mixing their own therapeutic hand putty.🧵🥣💪

What a beautiful afternoon to visit Paris! Residents enjoyed learning about the rich history, fashion, and popular landmarks within the city during todays Travelogue✈️

We get to inspire so many ‘firsts’ for Residents! This week we guided Residents through making their first leather pieces, making their first cheesecake, and even crafting their first stained glass window. The possibilities are endless at Brightview Hunt Valley!

We have had a tasty few days at Brightview Hunt Valley! From Afternoon High Teas in our Wellspring Village Neighborhood to mouthwatering Gourmet Cookie Tastings, this week had all of us full! ☕️🍪

Today we set up a laboratory and learned about (and smelled) 23 different essential oils. Then each participant made their own unique blend to use based on the benefits of the oils.🥼🥽🧪🧴
