Join us for a jort-wearing good time at Outlaw Trails starting at 6:30 PM. Be sure to wear your best cut-offs and NEON attire for maximum points!
The courses will average 5-10 miles or approximately an hour and will be open to riders of all levels.
Rules:
1. Spread the word (invite the world!!!)
2. Denim shorts/legwear must be worn by all participants (If you wish to race in tight Levi’s or wranglers, that is also acceptable, no BAGGY JEANS).
3. Helmets are MANDATORY
4. Courses are subject to change due to course conditions and weather. Follow us on social to ensure you're showing up at the right spot!
Points:
ZERO Points per race for lack of denim legwear (rider receives zero points, nada!)
+10 points per race for attendance
+3 Bring a new participant, and new participant receives +5
+2 winner
+3 DFL
+15 Best costume
+5 dress to weekly theme
-100 for Plum Smugglers
-30 DNF
What do points get you?!
A really great time.
Bragging Rights.
And possibly a cool medal if you play your cards right.

Christmas came early!

It is Official! The Outlaw Trails plan was approved by the BLM. see https://eplanning.blm.gov/public_projects/2021725/200559963/20100194/251000194/OutlawTrailsDecisionNewsRelease111723.pdf. It is an amazing place and now we can keep it that way by fixing the trails that need fixing and building some new trails. P*P is excited to spearhead this project. Stay tuned for more information about how you can participate.

FYI Folks

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department reported that an adult male grizzly bear was located near the Paul Stock Nature Trail within Cody city limits over the weekend. The bear was not captured, nor was it confirmed to have vacated the river corridor despite efforts to haze the bear from the area. Game and Fish plans to continue floating the river to to monitor for the bear's presence.

The City of Cody will be posting signage around the river corridor to promote awareness of the situation. More information and updates will be published as they become available.

With the help of we are increasing our total purse from $1000 to $3500 split between The Ugly & The Bad 🔥
And if you haven't heard - we're doing things a lil western around here...
Prize monies will be divided among The Ugly and The Bad racers in 3 divisions each, 2 deep. What does this mean? 👇
First and Second place riders get the highest amounts. One hour after the second place rider, the next 2 riders to cross the finish will get a slightly lower percentage - this is the second division. One more hour after the second 2D rider finishes, the next 2 riders will get what's left of the purse for that race - this is the third division.
Clear as mud, right? All you really need to know is that our purse creates a more equal playing field. Whether you're first place, or somewhere in the middle, everyone has a chance at the Sheriff's Purse 🤘

Ride your bike to neat places with your friends on impromptu adventures at sunset. You won’t regret it.

In case you’ve forgotten (not likely) just dropping a reminder that we live in the best place. Period. This summer in Cody has really spoiled us.

We’d also like to let you know Joyvagen is closed the 3rd and 4th. Spend that time with your family, friends, maybe ride your bike, and celebrate how lucky we all are to live here in Park County. That’s what we plan to do.

Come check out the 4th annual bike swap! If you have bikes that need new riders, bring 'em by between 8:30am and 10:30am (901 12th street) to get checked in and tagged. And if you’re a rider that needs a bike, bring yourself by anytime between 11am and 2pm! Or, as always, feel free just swing by and say hi!
