Here is one for the books. This commercial job is apartments in a high rise building. Was the worst hanging I've ever had to deal with lots and lots of prep work and every single box literally every box was over cut all the way around by an inch. We got it all taped out 13ft ceilings and 9ft was definitely fun with 160 sticks of 9ft corner bead. I'm glad it's done orange peel cielings on the wall and Joe Iverson did his famous skip trowel on the ceilings witch totally knocked it out of the park. Now to hopefully do the hanging and taping in the penthouse upstairs next. Least my transmission in the truck waited till last day to finally go out on me

Her is a orange peel wall turned smooth wall so the homeowner can make it a chalkwall for her kids turned out great

Here is one for the books. Homeowner framed everything and hung the walls in a few rooms. We had to work our magic to reframe the windows according to the walls. Had to rip a few sheets down fix what was underneath just to make it look OK. If it was my choice we would have gutted and restarted but it's a air bnb so the short time frame made it very hard to get done what was needed Thanks to Joe Iverson for taping it out while we started our commercial project. Had to come back to texture and clean up. Another happy homeowner

Been a busy few weeks forgot to post the jobs. This one was in athol. Again no before pics but another happy homeowner

Didn't get before pictures but here is the job we finished in Kingston. Turned put great homeowner was very happy

This job had a water leak. We finished it last year and just got called back to tear out all of the mold and make it new again. Gotta love zip strip

Installing this flush access panel was fun. Defiantly looks clean.

We got to hang this huge 475 sheet house for a local contractor we work with. We will help apply the tape than off to the next job. Lots of custom stuff in this house smooth wall so clean work was a must. Still have couple things to finish but we're ready for inspection

This remodel was a pretty good before and after. Lots of things needed redone that the homeowner did not want to do so we worked our magic and made it look brand new again like the flood never happened. Flood cuts is another thing we take care of alot for insurance jobs

Here is a great example of why you can't hire just anyone. The framer these people hired in a multi million dollar home caused thousands in damage not once but twice. He opened up the roof and used thin masking plastic to protect everything from the winter weather in the pnw. Same plastic I use to mask things off. We fixed it than next day same thing happened. So they hired a new professional crew to come get the job done correctly than we came back in and fixed it.

We went to st.Maries for this job. Contractor scraped popcorn ceilings than wanted us to spray orange peel texture on them. Went from 8ft tall to 20ft tall so scaffolding was definitely needed for this job. They made a huge mess from not masking off or papering the new floors in this remodel before we got there. We take pride in making sure we mask everything off so when we leave its cleaner than before we showed up. Not masking in my eyes is just pure laziness and makes work look bad. We Skim coated ceilings than sprayed orange peel texture for a nice finish

This addition was a fun one to do. It's the heaviest knock down texture we have done out of a machine and the people loved it. Also hung the storage space up top. I'd say it's the biggest shortest height job we have done. We hung most of it on our knees I was happy when this one was completed that's forsure. Give us a shout for any of your drywall needs

It's been a super busy month and we're finally caught up. First house was a partial rehang due to fire. Skim coated a few ceilings to match orange peal texture. Next house the homeowner built his house from ground up. We were the first and only trade he hired. He hung the sheetrock we taped it with a light knockdown texture. Round corners with square transitions at top and bottom look great

Couple little insurance jobs from last month. Was pretty stoked on the turn out matching the swirl texture

Haven't posted jobs for a while as I've been super busy. This one is a cabin in kid island with terrible framing that they wanted smooth wall. Had help.with hanging and stringing the tape everything else was on my own pretty stoked about it bit that's alot of work

Here is a couple more of the past few jobs. One was full hang tape and knockdown texture. The other we skim coated a ceiling to make smooth for a nice skip trowel texture

Just finished up a house with over 40 patches throughout amd a full basement hang. Very time consuming especially hanging around duct work. Orange peel texture matched perfect

Pretty stoked with how good this job turned out. The before and after is defiantly one for the books. Ceiling and walls was all lath and plaster with random framing changes everywhere. Huge gaps and holes that we had to float over not to mention the wavyness of everything was terrible. About 2ft up from the floor was all cement that stuck out past the wall so we had to chip everything away, than figure how to hang the drywall on it was a challenge as the glue idea failed to work. Completed to a level 5 smooth wall finish is what made it that much harder. Just have some.clean up and touch up than it's conpleted

Crazy I hung some of these apartments about 3 yrs ago as a employee. Now a business owner we went back and hung all 3 units. Fire taped and fire caulked the lid. Soffits were built than we came back to hang them, I taped the whole thing and matched a crazy texture that was surprisingly really hard to match. Turned out pretty good now onto the next one.

Been a busy couple weeks getting these 3 jobs done all while still hanging houses

Finally finished the 3 houses. Matching the lath and plaster was a pretty difficult task. Every spot was different sizes I was stoked how good it turned out from studs to paint

We completely re did the inside of one house from insulation to hanging taping. Than it got a hand texture primed and painted 2 colors. Next house is a mess from a electrician adding boxes and wiring in a lath and plaster house. We just started patching this one than it will be a full paint as well. Exterior We pressure washed scraped and fixed some siding than primed and painted all 3 houses.

It's always fun doing a commercial job. It's actually what I love the most. This is the first one of many more. Almost done hanging it next is tape than texture.

As some may know when I started k.c& Family I was talked into doing a s Corp. At the time it sounded Like all that and a bag of chips but really it was a terrible idea. So now a year later I had to close it down and start a new llc under the name K.C Drywall super exciting for new beginnings

House turned out amazing. Finally done. Hung taped textured and painted. Also painted all the facia and sophet board. Ben Moore kills it on the color match every job. Gotta give it to nick for killing it on the brown and being there everyday to help with the jobs
