Hello all! I am happy to announce a few things!

Arrow Clinical Massage will be:
-Raising service prices for the first time ever to:
- 60min for $65
- 90min for $90
- 2hours for $120
-Veterans & First Responders will still receive $10 off.

-Starting October 20th I will be accepting new clients again

-Starting October 20th I will be in a chiropractic office in Hayden. Work Comp & MVA available to bill.

-The new location is inside First Care Chiropractic at 6125 N. Sunshine St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815

Hello all!!! So I'm finally starting physical therapy tomorrow and my doc said I could do like 1 massage day starting Tuesday the 21st. Depending on how I'm feeling I may do 2 massages a day but I need to start slow. Anyways let me know cuz I'm going to book in fast!!
So this is how's it's gunna go down. The first week I'm back to work I will do 1 massage per day for that week.
Then the following week I will do 2 massages per day for that 2nd week.
And etc...

Okay update....
I'm home and awake now. Damn my leg hurts from the nerve block is wearing off. The surgery went way better than the surgeon predicted. The microfractures we're very minimal so they healed up in the time frame between my MRI to today. So they didn't have to do any drilling into my femur. So that's awesome. They had to use cadaver ligament with a clip and screw to keep my patella in place because all the cartridge is gone. And like I already told you they used hamstring for the ACL. But he said I should be able to start weight bearing with my crutches and brace in a few days 🥰👍🏼👏❤️

Surgery tomorrow morning. I will keep you all updated here and there. I'm really hoping to be back to work in 2 months but we will see. Thanks 😊✌🏼

I have found cupping releases the tissue so much faster than using the hands, and yes I still use my hands but if there is an area that is tough, I will do some pump release technique to speed it along. I am all for getting you better faster. So in a nutshell, cupping is great for stimulating blood flow, and moving lymph and loosening fascia for a speedy recovery.
