We were brewing up ideas at 5am this morning on what we could do to help the volunteers cleaning up debris in Unity. So we teamed up with Colby Senior Care to deliver food & drinks to them!

Huge thank you to Kwik Trip and Cenex - Allied Cooperative for donating all the donuts, coffee, water, and other delicious snacks. And thank you to the Colby Senior Care residents for creating cards to help brighten the day for volunteers.

We can’t imagine how difficult it is for those affected by this storm and greatly appreciate the volunteers donating their time to help wherever needed!

We are so lucky to have such giving communities!❤️

Sleep in Heavenly Peace - WI, Spencer Area is a local organization that builds beds for kids in need and we are honored to be able to support their mission! We can’t wait to host a build at CMI!

SHP accepts any items such as new twin size bedding- kid friendly patterns - ages 3-17, boys and girls - mattress pads, pillows, financial donations for lumber, tools, mattresses or other building supplies if you would like to donate, as well!

Time to go through your winter clothing items!

We will be collecting winter clothes to donate for the month of November! We are accepting new or gently used clothing items. If you would like to donate, you can drop off here or at Colby Senior Care. Employees who donate will be entered in a drawing for a $50 gift card!

We are going to try to try to collect different kinds of donations every month to support the needs of our community. If you know of an organization in need or have donation ideas, please message our page or email [email protected]. Thank you!

Yesterday, members from our Colby Metal team & Colby Senior Care team participated in the Walk for Su***de and Mental Health Awareness put on by Prevent Su***de Marathon County. We are honored to sponsor & participate in this event year after year as it is such a great cause!

What a beautiful day for a family picnic! Today, we invited all of our employees & their families to a picnic with fun, food, and lots of prizes, many purchased from our fellow small businesses! Gamber Johnson was kind enough to swing by with one of their vehicles to show our employees where the components they produce end up. Many of our suppliers also came to meet employees & enjoy the amazing meal brought in by Smith Bros! We even had live music supplied by our very own Doug Kroening!

We are confident in saying we have the best employees, customers, and suppliers around. Thank you to everyone who came out today!

We would like to give a very warm welcome to the newest member of the Colby Metal family, Daisy Mae. Daisy Mae is currently only 8 weeks old but will soon start training to become a therapy dog! As a therapy dog, she will provide love & care to those in need,
in and around our community. Though she won’t stay at CMI forever, the employees love seeing her out on the manufacturing floor spreading happiness. She loves meeting new people, giving kisses, & cuddling up with her blanket & snuggle puppy. We love watching her grow to become not only a great companion, but a successful & helpful therapy dog. ❤️

Colby Metal is sponsoring Frontline Pro’s This Means War” show in Unity at the Unity Memorial Hall! Frontline Pro Entertainment wrestling is a kid-friendly show that will be supporting the Colby VFW and a group called Tractors for Autism out of Loyal, WIsconsin, that helps families of Autistic children and other disabilities. Please help us support these causes❤️ Doors open at 5:30 with the show starting at 6pm.
