5 years ago I was told that sustaining a pregnancy would be impossible. However, Steve and I were determined and here we have our beautiful daughter Monroe today.
Fast-forwarding to the present time, we were shocked to find out after two years of trying with no luck and lots of negative pregnancy tests that both of us became infertile with a 1% chance of obtaining (never-mind sustaining) a natural pregnancy.
Through the help of and some amazing science, today we announce our wonderful addition will arrive April 2023.

The definition of self-transformation is the following, “what we seek to reshape ourselves, to shift into a new person entirely. This takes us way beyond self-awareness.”

This particular client started with me on April 15th with a goal of self-transformation and is already down 13.5lbs.

She is a super coachable client and she isn’t even in the coaching package 🤣🤣 such a joy and I couldn’t be more proud!! Can’t wait to see how far her journey goes and what the end results yield!

Client came to us with stubborn fat loss looking to (in his words) “Lose the Spare Tire”. His main goal is to lose weight while still enjoying foods with family/friends and not giving up the occasional beer. He is OK with a slower progress, as long as there is progress.

Client has come to us with her chief complaints being severe bloating/gas, lethargy, and inability to lose weight. After 4 days of 100% consistency with an anti-inflammatory diet, supplement regimen based on blood patterns/lab work, and an increase in sodium/water…client is already down 3% weight and bloat has gone down exponentially. Delicious no-bake homemade breakfast bars!

2 cups oats
3/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup Manuka honey
Mix together. Press into a greased pan and freeze for one hour.
1 cup chocolate chips
1 TBS coconut oil
Place both into microwave until melted. Pour over oat mixture and freeze for another 2-4 hours.
Cut and serve 👌

12 bars
Macros per one bar:
243 calories | 6g protein | 25g carb | 15g fat

Strawberry Angel Food Cake Tarts

Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake
21 oz Strawberry Fruit Filling

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350’
Mix all ingredients together by hand (about 12-15 stirs)
Pour in greased baking pan
Bake for 30 minutes

12 Servings. Macros per serving:
187 Calories | 43g Carb | 2g Protein | 0g Fat
Macros do not include the added optional buttercream.
