We are honored to introduce the Jack P. Longino Leadership Award. Join us in celebrating a true champion of regionalism, the former Mayor of College Park, GA, and a founding member of Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, Inc. Mayor Longino, who passed away in 2021 helped form the culture of our public-private partnership 10 years ago. His commitment to collaboration over competition has shaped the future of our region.

This year, we are pleased to announce that Mayor Vince Williams of Union City, GA, will be the first recipient of this prestigious award. He will be recognized for his leadership during the 4th Annual Aerotropolis Honors, presented by Chick-fil-A, on Thursday, September 26th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Porsche Cars North America Headquarters.

Mayor Pro Tem and the City of College Park proudly held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new pedestrian safety project at 2549 Roosevelt Hwy. This initiative provides a much-needed safer route for residents of Crystal Garden Green Springs Apartments who frequently walk this path to a the nearby store. The College Park Public Works Department was honored with a special appreciation lunch to thank them for their hard work and dedication to this project.
