Jonathan Pappas, MiM '23, shared his experiences in Smith's Master in Management (MiM) program with us. “I did engineering but I’ve always been interested in business, and I want to start my own engineering consulting firm in the future after I get some experience. So I chose this program because I wanted to stay at Maryland, and I also just knew the Smith School was a top tier school in the world,” says Pappas. It enables students to actively collaborate with real companies, offering a distinctive perspective on matters that holds significant impact. Master in Management (MiM) student, Sebastian, shares his experiences in the program in the video below. Working closely with Marriott International on a consulting project throughout the semester, Sebastian says, "This really gave me the skills to be comfortable talking in front of executives, presenting findings, conducting research and really dealing with ambiguity."
