UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST!! And Great News!!!
I want to thank TxDot-especially Minh Tran , PE, Area Engineer; Stephen Randt, Mobility Coordinator, SH 26; City of Colleyville, especially Dustin Dangli, SH 26 Coordinator and Bobby Jr Lindamood, Mayor Pro Tem (came out and confirmed our concerns); the contractor-Jagoe-Public Company; and Giovanni Capriglione, Texas House of Representatives. THANK YOU! from the 74 home owners of The Villas at Oak Pointe. We met today and confirmed an accelerated plan for our intersection at Oak Pointe/Hwy 26/Tinker. We were moved to Phase 2 and construction starts next week!

TXDot....we need help! 74 homes, 150 cars enter/exit daily, 300+ times per day, no left, requires right turn, impossible--due to the degree if both northbound lanes are occupied by cars. Red light is already in place-a temporary road is not a convenience it is a mandatory safety requirement. Phase 2 SH26 has put our lives in jeopardy daily...
