Six years ago, desperate for a dishwasher, I hopped in my van, said a prayer, and drove around the neighborhoods near the restaurant. I spotted a woman standing in her yard and asked if she knew someone who needed a job. She replied, "My husband needs a job." She went inside and brought out Darrin McClain. And the rest is history. While he is the best dishwasher I've ever had, he is way more than just a dishwasher. He cleans, he waters the patio plants, he peels shrimp, chops parsley and many many other things. Darrin we appreciate all you do to help our restaurant run smoothly!
