The role of a Locator includes locating equipment and product support equipment. Perform semi-skilled activities related to HDD locating must be familiar with industry standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Locator Responsibilities:
Confirm bore path with install foreman and drill operator (including walking the bore path)
Perform job site analysis (JSA) including completion of paperwork
Ensure there are proper clearances to install the product per standards
Record the depth of the tool head as required
Ensure the drill head is in a good position at the exit pit to connect the product
Oversee laborers and/or crew member’s work and monitor time usage
Essential Education and Qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Valid DOT Health Card
Preferred Skills:
Class A Driver’s License (CDL)
Physical Demands:
Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job
Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Overview:
Directional Drill Laborer duties will include general labor duties related to telecommunications construction as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment
Hand dig using shovel, mechanical tools
Install and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling
Climb into and out of equipment (trucks, cars, backhoes, trenchers, etc.)
Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery
Working in congested or remote areas
Maintain visual and audible contact with other crewman and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement
Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman/Supervisor
Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures and policies
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner
Basic knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner
Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months of experience in the utility construction industry
Class A Commercial Driver's License - Preferred
Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week. May be required to work over-time; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call
Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
Ability to work while wearing safety boots, safety glasses and hardhat
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as wind, rain, snow, sleet and dust as well as adverse driving conditions including wet roads, icy roads, and fog
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistance

Overview:
Traffic Control Technicians will help control the movement of vehicular traffic through construction projects by performing the following duties listed below.

Essential Functions
Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout all job functions.
Distribute traffic control signs and markers along with the site in a designated pattern.
Manage day-to-day work zone set up, maintenance, and tear down meeting, or exceeding customer, state, and company expectations.
Lift, carry and place up to 50 lbs. of traffic cones to ensure the safety of the work zone.
Lift, carry, place, and assemble traffic control signs in the proper order to manage work zone traffic.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid Drivers’ License
1 year experience
Knowledge and skillful implementation of federal and state regulations for work zone safety and traffic control.
Knowledge of manual on Uniform Traffic Control Device (MUTCD) guidelines and the translation of this to control traffic by using proper devices and techniques.
Knowledge of safety rules for construction sites and the ability to abide by them.
Basic understanding of construction job sites.
Ability to work nights, weekend and holidays if needed.

Position is responsible for general construction laborer regarding utility repair, installation, heavy laborer and general construction duties. This position may be performing duties related to roding conduit, trenching, or restoration of asphalt or concrete as needed. This position works as part of a crew. Must also be willing to train on additional equipment or vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities:
Shoveling, trenching, finishing and/or other various heavy laborer related tasks as outlined by crew foreman or supervisor.
Assisting crew with spotting utilities for drill operator as needed.
May also assist in equipment transportation
Keeping work areas clean before; during and after job completion.

Fiber and Coax Splicer: Perform fiber optic splicing, testing, analysis and general on new and active fiber optic networks. We are seeking experienced Hydrovac Operators to operate our purpose built commercial Hydrovac trucks!
Salary: $27.00- $32.00 per hour based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!

Full availability and understanding to work variable hours averaging between 30-70 hours weekly depending on slow and peak seasons. Weekends and extended hours as needed.
Required travel up to 25% based on job assignment need.
Attend safety meetings and ensures all tasks are always completed in a safe and professional manner.
Safely operate the on-board hydro-vacuum system outside the truck and perform other duties such as clean-up, mobilization, and general maintenance of the equipment to ensure the unit operates at max capacity.
Responsible for the successful completion of hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, trenching, and digging, using a high-pressure wand to loosen the soil and a vacuum system to remove the debris or build-up.
Communicate effectively, professionally and demonstrate a strong customer service focus in all interactions.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and as the need arises perform minor repairs to equipment.
