In case you missed it— we are going to “take a breather” from yoga for a bit. ***with the temps dropping, and the sun setting earlier— YITP (yoga in the park) doesn’t seem super feasible at this time... and our indoor spot is pretty quaint... we will be in touch as things change— but feel free to reach our with any questions!!!

Love is also something that we talk about and share as though we all are experiencing it the same way, but the truth is many people don't know how to show love and don't understand what it feels like to be loved.
