Brand new roof with the wrong vent cap. It was completely blocking the flue pipe. 100% of the dangerous flue byproducts (carbon monoxide) produced by the furnace and water heater were venting back into the house. If you’ve had your roof replaced recently, please make sure you have carbon monoxide detectors in your house. If you want us to check it out just in case, then give us a call.

Furnace had a burning smell. I’d say this circuitboard is fried.

Due to the snow that finally came we are going to be on a two hour delay tomorrow until further notice. Hopefully this gives us time for the roads to clear up so we can safely send our technicians out. Thank you for your patience!
