Dear Luna Family,

We’re excited to announce that despite our water heater still being under repair and closing for a week, we’ve decided to reopen our doors starting today, August 20th! Last week, we offered clients the option to keep their float appointments with a cold shower, and to our surprise, many of you embraced the experience. 💧🧘‍♂️

Our float tank salt water is still comfortable and warm, thankfully each tank has its own designated heater, however, our showers do not have any hot water due to a delay on a part we need for the repair. If you choose to float, we suggest showering at home prior to arrival to remove hair and body oils 🚿

Here’s what you need to know:

Affected Services: Floats and saunas are impacted by the cold showers. Skipping a shower after your float will leave you salty and it gets everywhere! However, you can comfortably shower at home after any sauna appointment. 😅

We still have all massage openings available for online booking; or call ahead for a reservation with one of our talented massage team members. 💆‍♀️

We have bad news !! We are involuntarily closed for the remainder of August until we have more information about our broken water heater. This means that our showers don’t have accessible hot water and a cold shower after a relaxing warm float is not the ideal experience we want to provide for our clients.

1️⃣ Anyone with credits expiring end of August will have those expiration dates extended
2️⃣ All August bookings will be cancelled until further notice
3️⃣ We are unable to take new appts until we know an ETA on the repair
4️⃣ Massage appts will continue to be offered for all recurring clients
