As we head into the hottest months of the year, we want to remind everyone about the dangers of leaving pets in the car. Even with the windows cracked, temperatures can rise rapidly, putting your furry friends at serious risk of heatstroke and dehydration. ☀️🐾

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved clinic kitty, Mango Bob. Mango captured the hearts of our team and clients for nearly two decades, and was a cherished member of the Yorkshire family. ❤️
Mango never knew a stranger and kept many laps warm while they waited in the lobby for their own furry family members. He followed the sun around the lobby as it streamed through the windows- always basking in the perfect warm spot. He kept the staff and doctors company during breaks as well as late nights finishing medical records. Mango scared us all when he went on his unaccompanied fieldtrip around the neighborhood for 2 days. We never did sign the permission slip for that.
Mango was a kitty that lived all 9 of his lives to the fullest. In his 20 years of life, he got to meet more people and pets than most cats out there. He leaves us all behind with many beloved memories of his affectionate cuddles, lightning-fast zoomies, and silly personality. Mango was truly a remarkable cat, who will be dearly missed. Rest in peace, Mango Bob.❤️

🐾 Avoid Fireworks: Never use fireworks around pets. They can cause severe burns and trauma.
