Due to the snowy weather, we are canceling ALL lessons today and will give make-up tokens for impacted families. Stay cozy, swim fam!

We're breaking down everything you need to know about life jackets – from choosing the right fit to understanding essential features, here are some top tips when talking about life jackets:

🌊𝙀𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙨𝙣𝙪𝙜 𝙛𝙞𝙩
Lifejackets should fit snugly, with straps properly fastened. Check that it doesn't ride up or slip over the chin when buoyancy is applied.

🌊𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙮𝙥𝙚:
Select a lifejacket appropriate for the activity and water conditions. There are different styles for different water activities, so make sure you have the right one for swimming, boating, or other water sports.
