This is a phrase that has resonated deeply with me in the past year. Momento Mori, a reminder that you eventually must die. This phrase is dark, yet I use it as a daily reminder to myself to live everyday like it is my last.

I started my fitness journey back in the Spring of 2021 and have not looked back since. Slowly, I have learned that if you want to achieve something in this life that YOU have to go out and achieve it yourself. Nothing is given if it is not earned. YOU are the only one who can make your life better.

Life moves quick. Days fly by.
