We're obsessed with these glass water bottles. With the rotary unit on our laser engraver and the Universal Laser 1-Touch Photo program it is easy to turn a picture into something amazing like this bottle of Finley. This 5-session workshop held every Thursday in May gives you the skills to design and create pieces to make your wedding uniquely yours. You will create 10 custom items while learning to use the laser cutters, embroidery machine, vinyl cutters, and heat transfer printer and presses.

Today was a fun, busy, Saturday in MACCLab. We hosted 3 different classes; Intro to Woodworking, Intro to Longarm Quilting, and Intro to Shapeoko Routers. Lois and Linda wanted to take the Shapeoko CNC Router class together, so we worked with the instructor and hosted this class specifically for them.

Valentines Day is just 2 weeks away. We're preparing with some fur baby fashion. These bandanas were sewn using the Singer Heavy Duty sewing machines and decorated with heat transfer vinyl cut on the Jaguar vinyl cutter. Interested in learning the skills to create fun pieces like these? Basics of Industrial sewing is February 22nd and Intro to Vinyl Cutting is February 24th.

Holiday projects are happening here at MACCLab. One of our teachers, Craig, stopped by to create these awesome shirts for his grandchildren. He cut the designs out of glitter vinyl on the Cricut and applied them using the Insta Heat Press. Well done Craig.
MACCLab strives to be a place for collaboration and the cross pollination of ideas. We love to see our members work together. American Stock Dog Registry created these fun engraved rolling pins and Estrapala Woodworking created custom bases to display them. Well done Lois and Marika.
We may be done with classes for the year, but we're not closed yet. Members are still working hard and making cool things. Stop in for a tour to see what we're all about.

This spring MACCLab had a Boy Scout from Troop 708 working on his Eagle Scout Project. He designed and manufactured plaques for all of the veterans who participated in the Central Missouri Honor Flight on May 30th 2023. We had the opportunity to assist in some graphics work and see the pieces of these beautiful plaques come together in the woodshop and laser areas. Well done Carlton.
