Some recent shower/bathroom remodels

A few pics of a bathroom we recently finished remodeling. We did the tile surround above the new tub with built in niche, new tile floor with chevron pattern, board and batten wall, new lights and exhaust fan, painted all walls/ceiling/trim, and set a new vanity, then installed medicine cabinet.
We also did all the doors and windows in craftsman style trim.

Here is a couple of bathrooms that we remodeled from floor to ceiling. Tile floors, new tubs in both rooms and master bath got 3” x 12” subway tile shower surround. New drywall and waterproofing membrane in both baths, new lights & new fixtures in both. Also both got NICE frameless glass doors, new vanities with quartz tops and much more.
*Most pics of walls in bath 1 & 2 aren’t painted, because homeowner requested to paint themselves.

Bonus room that we took all old carpet out of and laid new oak floors. We also painted walls, ceiling, and trim, added crown molding and put in new plugs, switches and covers.

We took this kitchen to the studs then fixed the walls, and installed all new cabinets, and quartz countertops. Also installed flooring throughout the house.

— A new kitchen we just finished installing with light rail and flat/square crown moulding.
— Also installed the flooring in the kitchen and all other rooms except bedrooms.

Spent the past couple days stripping down windows/doors, removing old caulk and cracked glazing. Then we reglazed them, resealed them around the frames, primed, and then painted.

—Some pics of a fireplace surround we just finished and tore out the old mantle, (which was made of 1x6’s and crown). We then replaced it with a beam to match the other beams in the house.

—Also, we added board and batten to the walls in the front foyer.

(It all turned out great and the customer was very happy, which is what matters most.)

Update: Built ins completed and finish looks great. I like this design a lot, the black and brass is a good choice.

-We used limousine leather and sprayed all face frames and doors/drawers.
-Butchers block top was done in a gloss clear
-insides of cabinet boxes are natural w/clearcoat
-handles/knobs are brass mid century style with
Brass light fixtures going above…

Some built ins we are working on finishing out. Color is midnight dream (that isn’t quite done yet), gloss clearcoat on the butchers block countertop, then finishing with aged, brushed brass handles and lights going on the front at the top. Some pics of a porch we framed up and screened in. Turned out to look pretty good and definitely keeps the bugs out. Hope she enjoys it for many years.

Took this nice oak kitchen from a weathered, stained brown, to alabaster with a very durable clearcoat. Then added some nice wainscoting around the island/peninsula in kitchen, then tore out a desk style cabinet to add an 84” tall by 32” pantry. We went with all soft close door and drawer hardware, new pulls throughout and slide outs in the new pantry. Just waiting on 2 doors I got ordered so we can mount them in place.

Thank you Chris for the new windows and flashing, it makes the house look great and we love them. I know you all always do really good quality work, at a great price, and the windows are some of the best made I’ve ever seen. I haven’t seen a job yet that wasn’t top notch by you all.

Took this kitchen from the original stained oak to a very nice alabaster sprayed finish, in just a few days it looks like a brand new kitchen. Waiting on doors to be ready to go (which should be tomorrow) and it will all come together very quickly. We added some shaker style panels to the cabinet ends & backs, just to give it some more detail, then we built a pantry to free up some space in the other cabinets.
