i miss you so so much. more than i ever though possible, actually. and i don’t mean i miss the money you give me (well, i do, but not the point here😘). i miss your warm hugs and the sunshine you bring to my life. i miss our long and heartfelt conversations that begin with hot tea and end with i love yous. i miss customizing your entire appointment to make sure you feel like the beautiful bad ass that i see in you. i miss hearing all of your exciting life updates and also being a shoulder to cry on during the hard parts. as your hair dresser, i hold a unique place in your lives, and you hold a large part of my heart. when all of this is over and we find ourselves able to meet again, i promise to not only make you look beautiful, but to also be a light and a starting place for cleansing and healing for the rebirth of the strongest and most resilient version of yourselves, yet. we are living through unimaginable times, but we are also women. a tribe with a strong will and vibe. once again, we will not only get through and recover, but we will thrive. i can’t wait to see you.

I feel like I know so much about so many of you, so I’ll return the favor with some not so interesting non hair-related facts about boring ol’ me...
1. I have an abnormal obsession with cats. All of them, but mine, in particular. I’m actually getting a portrait of my second oldest, Mo, tattooed veryyyyy soon to match her sis, Izzy. 😻
2. I was a teacher before I started doing hair. And some still think I “leveled down” doing this. 😂😂 Bless it.
3. Me and sweet tea aren’t seen without each other very often. A lil if ya feel me 🤷🏻‍♀️🙌🏽
4. I’m a Virgo, through and through. I’ll analyze and criticize to a fault, a closed book with misnumbered chapters, but boy do I have a heart of gold. Somewhere in there.
5. I’m a 90s baby (but I will NOT tell you my age) and you’ll totally find my headspace and vibe hanging anywhere from 1970-2000, depending on the day. I can go from West Coast to Wednesday Addams in 2.9 seconds. Come take a spin in my chair, you’ll see. 😎✌🏼🌸🖤
