Hey friends! Come to Mid South 5 Fitness to join us for some slightly heated vinyasa. Tuesday night at 6:15. There will be plenty of holds and dynamic movement. The class is $7. But for my monthly members and one on one clients it’s a $5 drop in! There are 15 spots available. Hope to see you there!

Hey all! Please note Thalas will be serving as the Fitness & Athletics Program Coordinator at Muletown Rec in an effort to reach more people and continue the mission of keeping our community healthy and fit!
Moving forward, all group training will take place at Muletown Rec. Your coach will be teaching there every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am and other times throughout the week including July 27 at 5:15am. Note Mid South 5 will still be open to serve you so if you are trainer or instructor that needs space to train or teach please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Meet your trainer and studio owner Thalas Steele! I’ve been training and motivating clients to be their best-self for 6+ years.
My Mission
Is improving my clients' quality of life as an educator and motivator through fitness programs and nutritional guidance. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one's strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which invariably lead to better health and longevity.
My training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. I take a whole body approach so that my clients will see and feel the personal training benefits. With motivation, dedication and education you can do it! Changing your life is a journey and I will be there to support you, motivate you and make sure you enjoy every step along the way.
Come try my Group Strength training class Tues/Thurs. I combine cardio with the use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, and your own body weight for an all day total body burn! Classes are only $5.00 drop in for the month of September!
