Dennis’s DM: My mother in law was always pretty verbally abusive to my wife, but when we started dating, she also added racism into the mix. We’re a mixed race couple, and my wife’s mother was not shy about how much she hated me because of my skin color. My amazing wife (girlfriend at the time) would ALWAYS shut her down, and it’d cool off for a while but she’d get right back to her racist remarks. We were already pretty low contact with her mother by the time I proposed to my wife, but when she heard about the engagement, she went on a tirade, and my wife said enough was enough. Then my MIL started spreading lies to the family, going so far as to faking an image of a lengthy arrest record for me (I’ve never once even gotten a speeding ticket) and saying that I’ve harmed past girlfriends. I guess no one bothered to actually check the database, they just took her faked images at face value, because my wife got a lot of messages from her family saying they don’t support her decision and wouldn’t be attending our wedding. That was 2 ½ years ago. We haven’t seen her mom since before the wedding until I ran into her last week at the mall. She pleaded with me to convince my wife to call her. I laughed in her face and told her she was dead to us before walking away. She started sobbing hysterically right outside of the pretzel place, and people were staring. Then my wife got a bunch of texts from family saying that I went too far and embarrassed her. So I ask… did I take it too far?

Eliza’s DM: I’ve been with my husband for 5 years, married a year and a half. The other night, I caught him going through my phone. I went to the bathroom and my phone was on the end table next to the couch, when I came out, it was gone. He magically produced it out of the couch cushion and acted like I dropped it. But I KNOW it was on the end table when I went to the bathroom. This isn’t the first time something like this is happening, and I honestly don’t care if he looks through my phone, as I have nothing to hide. I just want to know why. Am I giving off cheating vibes somehow? I want him to trust me. I am worried if I ask him about it, he’ll be embarrassed or he’ll deny it altogether. I don’t know what to do.

Kayla’s DM: A new coworker started in my company about a month ago, and a few ladies I work with and I took her out to lunch. The conversation turned to pregnancy and motherhood, with the new coworker saying how much she missed being pregnant and launching into the wonderful experience she had. Some of the other ladies joined in with their stories, but the coworker turned to me and specifically asked me about my amazing pregnancy stories. I had a horrible pregnancy. I didn’t enjoy a single minute of it, and I’m so glad it’s over. I will not be doing that again. I simply told her that my story wasn’t quite as nice as hers, but I genuinely was happy to hear hear story. Her demeanor immeidately changed toward me, and there was a coldness. It continued for the next week, and I finally pulled her aside and asked her about it. She told me that I was completely insensitive to her and the others’ experiences, and I was rude. I don’t think I was. I know people can have good pregnancies, I just wasn’t lucky enough to be one of them. And I didn’t go into detail about why my pregnancy was awful. Was I rude for not making up a wonderful pregnancy story?

The night I 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 at the rodeo! I told the earlier this morning on air of my youngest when he was about five or six and I took him to the .

He’s mama’s little for sure and constantly watched rodeo videos. His gave him the superpower to notice 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 of what he saw…keep that in mind.

So we’re at the rodeo waiting for it to start and all of a sudden Sam stands up, puts his little hat over his heart and his other hand behind his back.

I was about to ask him what he was doing when I noticed all the cowboys coming out into the ring, they all took a knee and put their hats over their hearts.

The tears 🥹 started to well up here…

The announcer came over the speaker “please remove your hats as we sing our national anthem”…🇺🇸

Sam already knew what they were going to do from all the videos he watched and his little heart was so passionate that he just jumped right up to join in…OH my 💖‼️

I of course bawled 😭 like a baby pretty much the whole show, Sam got to go up to the gate, got a tshirt from one of the cowboys and had the 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚!

Alexis's DM: My fiancé, Matt, and I got engaged recently. We've been blissfully together for three years, or so I thought. He went to visit his parents for a few days out of town, I couldn't go because I had to work. When he got back, he went to the bathroom and STORMED out, and said he couldn't even look at me. He left; I tried calling him, but he refused to answer. Later he called me and accused me of cheating on him while he was gone. He said he saw a condom wrapper in the garbage. When I went to inspect, what LOOKED like a condom wrapper was a lens wipe wrapper. He REFUSED to believe me, even with photo evidence and has now called the wedding off and asked me for the engagement ring back. I offered to let him look through my phone, my accounts, everything, as I am NOT cheating on him, and he told me that I was gaslighting and emotionally abusing him. Is this fixable? Should I just accept that it's over, even though I did NOT cheat on him? I am heartbroken.
