Today Ms. Jordan’s 8th grade LAW students got the pleasure of welcoming back E. L. Wright’s very own Juan Pacheco! Juan is a former LAW student and he came by today to share how being apart of E. L. Wright’s LAW program helped him succeed in life and his career!

The Orchestra department at our school has been honored with a state award for their exceptional performance during the 2023-2024 school year. This award was only given to 36 schools in the state, and we are proud to say that we are the only school in Richland Two to receive this prestigious recognition. Congratulations Mrs. Gibbs and our Orchestra Students!

Parents don't forget tomorrow is our Open House. Please stop by to visit with your student's teachers.

We have our First Home Volleyball Game of the Season! Come out and support our Lady Warriors as they take on the Dent Blue Diamonds.

For this event we are asking that you park in the CFK parking lot and journey up the stairs to our cafeteria.

I have included a map and picture ​below to show you where you will park.

​Directions:

To enter the parking ​lot you will turn off of Windsor Lake Blvd. (There will be a sign that says ELW/CFK)

You will follow the curb ​and park in one of the parking spaces available

Visitors will then walk up the stairs in front of CFK.

The CTE Expo will be on October 18th at R2i2 from 5-7 pm. The high schools in our district will be there with some of their students showcasing their Career and Technology programs. It will be a fun night and there will be food trucks there so families can grab dinner if they wish. All 5th through 9th grade students are invited so that parents and students can see what our high schools have to offer. They can also see the classes offered at R2i2.
