Brother Bryan had the privilege of preaching at Metropolitan Baptist Church, an OGI church plant located outside Nairobi, during an afternoon service.

Despite its name, this church is situated in a remote area far from any bustling metropolis.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Witnessing the dedication of this group of believers who attended an unscheduled service, and welcoming first-time visitors was truly heartening.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Lord’s presence was evident as the message resonated with the congregation, resulting in five individuals making the life-changing decision to commit their lives to Christ 🙏

The following day, Operation Go International traveled to our Training Center where we conducted a marriage seminar on Saturday, followed by our involvement in the anniversary service of Faith Baptist Church located at the center.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The event drew a crowd of over four hundred individuals. It was a humbling experience to preach, witnessing many believers respond to the message and at least two individuals make decisions to accept Christ.

Moreover, Brother Bryan was honored to baptize over ten new converts who had found salvation in the past two months 🙏

The significant work that God is accomplishing at our Center is truly remarkable, and we give praise and glory to the Lord for His mighty deeds.

Our trip began with a visit to a large school situated in the second largest slum in Africa.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We use the term “slum” not to be disrespectful, but to accurately describe an overcrowded and severely impoverished area.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There, Brother Peter and Brother Bryan had the privilege of preaching and sharing the Gospel with the high school students. It was heartening to witness many of them making professions of faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior.

We conducted a service at Bible Baptist Church in the Mathari slum, under the leadership of Pastor Tom Omukhobero.

During the service, we experienced the Lord’s blessing as five individuals made professions of faith in Christ, bringing joy and encouragement to many believers present.

It was evident that Pastor Omukhobero, a dedicated and inspiring leader, is doing exceptional work in this challenging and crucial area.

Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church in Naivasha, Kenya 🇰🇪

February marked our 1st anniversary as a Church! We are so thankful to our Lord for His goodness in our lives. This presents a better opportunity to give a status report to brethren of the wonderful works of God through the Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church Naivasha.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thousands of Gospel tracts have been distributed within our locality and beyond the region. This is mainly done during the soul-winning and visitation time that happens every Saturday evening and during our personal evangelism. Hundreds of people have been witnessed to and more than 150 souls have been saved over the past year 🙏 14 among these have been baptized and 6 are ready to be baptized in the near future!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
By God’s grace, our Sunday school ministry has been growing steadily with a range of between 12-25 in attendance. The attendance varies by the weekly work schedule of the members which is never constant. Prayers are greatly appreciated in regard to faithfulness during this hour.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We have witnessed a steady growth in the Sunday Morning service with a range of between 35-40 in attendance. We have children’s church beginning at 9:00am-10:00am and the attendance is between 35-40 kids. Every Saturday morning from 10:00am-11:00am we have children’s outreach (Bible Club) in the neighborhood. The attendance has been between 80-140 children with a one time attendance of 198 before school reopening!

PERU UPDATE 🇵🇪 Brother Adam’s trip and the focus of the OGI Training Institute centered on uplifting pastors and leaders who had previously participated in one of the two recent ISWDI events.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8 churches, 10 pastors and around 50 leaders attended this conference in Peru!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The main emphasis was on emphasizing the significance of Follow Up and Discipleship utilizing the concept of Fruit That Remains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The program featured 9 sessions under the theme, “Building a Great Commission Church”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During the sessions, many participants positively responded by expressing commitments and showing interest in further training through Operation Go International.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Additionally, the host pastor exhibited a genuine eagerness to prayerfully consider becoming a potential partner in ministry in Peru.

These interactions and engagements were marked by blessings from the Lord and showed significant progress in strengthening our presence and impact in Peru 🙏

India 2023 Update 🇮🇳 Post 2/2

The tireless efforts of OGI have resulted in a tremendous impact on spreading the Gospel in India. Through our endeavors, more than 50,000 individuals have had the opportunity to hear the life-transforming message of the Gospel. What’s even more remarkable is that over 12,600 people responded to this message and were saved, becoming valuable additions to local churches 🙏

In our commitment to foster spiritual growth and community, OGI has also played a significant role in planting 3,816 churches throughout India.

As part of our dedication to equipping pastors for effective ministry, we have conducted numerous OGl seminars, resulting in the training of over 7,600 pastors.

By empowering these leaders, we enable them to effectively shepherd their congregations and carry forth the message of the Gospel.

The ministry of OGl in India has been abundantly blessed by the Lord. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to distribute over 12,000 Bibles in countries that have restrictions on the spread of the Gospel.

In 2023 alone, we distributed 29,111 copies of the “Fruit That Remains” books to new converts across various regions of India. These remarkable achievements are testament to the power of God working through our dedicated efforts and the partnership with those who support and contribute to our cause.

As we reflect on the profound milestones and achievements witnessed in India over the past year, I find myself amazed, humbled, and joyful.

It is awe-inspiring and humbling to witness the mighty work of God through Operation Go International (OGI) in India and the surrounding countries.

The impact achieved under the dedicated leadership of Bro. Thomas and our esteemed directors is truly remarkable, as they serve in a region that faces great challenges and needs.

The impact of OGl’s humanitarian efforts in India is truly heartwarming. In the year 2023 alone, we actively participated in improving the lives of those living in extreme poverty.

Through the dedication of Bro. Thomas and his church, we distributed over 100,000 meals in 11 impoverished villages, as well as at feeding centers. These centers serve as a lifeline for many individuals, offering nourishment and sustenance to those in desperate need.

Our collective efforts have made a significant difference in the lives of 175 children who are not only looked after but also provided with regular meals through these initiatives. The joy and fulfillment that emanates from being able to make a tangible impact on such vulnerable communities is truly inspiring.

The physical difference we are able to make through these efforts is a testament to the holistic approach adopted by OGl, recognizing the importance of addressing both spiritual and physical needs. The distribution of meals will be carried out in a comprehensive manner throughout East Africa. OGl will partner with National Pastors and churches in the region. These trusted partners will play a crucial role in overseeing the distribution process to various communities.

By engaging local Pastors and churches, we aim to achieve two primary objectives. Firstly, this collaboration allows the Pastors and Churches to actively minister to their respective areas, ensuring that the meals reach those who are in need.

Moreover, it creates an opportunity for follow-up activities. Whenever individuals accept Christ or express interest in learning more about Christianity, the partnering Pastors and churches will be in a favorable position to provide ongoing spiritual guidance, answer questions, and facilitate further instruction.

Bro. Peter has preached over a dozen times, witnessed to many one on one, and encouraged many churches from the Masai Mara to Nanyuki, Nakuru to Nairobi.

You Made A Huge Difference in Families and Children’s Lives in India 🇮🇳 This Past Christmas 🎁

We were able to package 1,968 boxes for hungry people in 6 villages in India. We distributed these food boxes as Christmas dinners to 175 feeding centers to children and the remaining meals were given to hungry people in villages. Thousands were fed!

We provided 187 blankets to poor elderly people and 175 new and clean outfits for children. We provided Christmas Dinner to several hungry people in the villages after sharing the birth of Jesus. We also provided Christmas Dinner and gifts to 175 children who are in our care at our OGI orphanage.

There were 381 people who accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior through the Christmas Wish List in India! 🙏

While we were in Kenya in August of 2023, God put us face to face with the Commisioner of Commerce of Kenya while on an unscheduled visit to Nairobi. It was a chance meeting in human terms, but divinely ordered by God.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The commissioner introduced Bro. Bryan and Bro. Peter to Mr. Muriuki, the owner of Soy Afric, which is a business and a ministry that is giving relief to East Africa during the famine that is ravaging the whole area.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Soy Afric produces high-quality fortified meals for the very malnourished, especially children and the elderly. They have a sincere desire to make a difference.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They have asked OGI to partner with them to feed the hungry and get the Gospel to millions of people.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We have been asked to buy the raw tonage of materials they need to make the meals. They will produce the meals, package the meals, and help with distribution of the meals all over East Africa. They will put OGI’s logo and information along with the plan of salvation on every meal, all at no cost to our ministry.

Purchasing the minimum tonage will cost $176,000. While a lot, it becomes a small amount when you consider how many people we can help for so little a cost per meal.

What God is doing in Mexico 🇲🇽 • We held our 3rd ISWDI in Mexico City and 6th in the country and it was a real success!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bro. Adams, Bro. Hommes and Bro. Bryan conducted this ISWDI. They were privileged to train around 140 people. Almost 10,000 people potentially will be trained in the next two years and four churches planted during that time 🙏
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hopefully it will be a step forward in establishing our ministry presence in this great country. We hope to contact some of the pastors who attended and return for other meetings in the future.

The key to success in Mexico, as in every country, is to identify and train national ministry leadership which will provide a national director along with several regional directors with ministry teams for each region. This will be a long-term project but worth the investment in energy and resources.

At this point, the Mexican Church is a leader in sending missionaries to other countries, both Spanish-speaking and otherwise.

We are excited to see what the results of this ISWDI will be!

Our First ISWDI in Brazil! 🇧🇷
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The host church is an old church that went 3 years without a pastor. The current pastor, Pastor John Larrabe, has been there around 6 months.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The overall attendance was good with attendance around 110 and those who attended were very excited about receiving the training and materials.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Currently, the church has a Spanish-speaking ministry that ministers each week with a Spanish-speaking pastor to those whose heart language is Spanish. That includes some 300,000 Venezuelans as well as Cubans, Columbians, and Peruvians
Pastor Larrabe and his staff translated the Director’s Guide as well as the Trainee Guide and the 13-point Card. He has a source to translate the Jerusalem Factor for around $350. (USD) and is currently getting a price for Fruit That Remains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The responses during the Institute and the two Sunday services were tremendous. Many Christians made decisions for soul winning and there were 5 salvation decisions. It was a great beginning with good results and great possibilities for future ministry.

Bro. Larrabe shared some of the results that came after the ISWDI was held. They had 20-plus members do evangelism at various cemeteries on November 2, Brazil’s Day of the Dead.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They passed out Gospel tracts and shared the Gospel using the 13-point Plan. More than 20 people made professions of faith. He says the Institute really energized his people for personal evangelism and many other pastors were motivated to win souls and plant churches 🙏 🇧🇷

URGENT NEED IN INDIA 🇮🇳 We have a crucial need for OGI to continue our next important and tremendous phase in India.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A third floor has been built and completed containing 20 rooms to house 40 national preachers at the OGI training center. Bryan cut the ribbon for that addition last November.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We need to furnish each of those rooms with 2 beds, a desk, a nightstand and a chair. We also need to buy some kitchen equipment for the common kitchen area along with a few chairs and couches for the common living room.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We can do all of this for $1800 a room. We have 16 rooms left to fund or around $28,000.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But.. we have great news! A generous donor is willing to give the money for 8 rooms in a matching contribution. Which means we only need to raise the money for 8 more rooms or $14,400.00.

This December makes a year since his passing. There has literally not a day gone by this past year that we have not thought about him and missed him dearly. He was one of the greatest men we have ever had the privilege to call friend and we are eternally grateful for his vision, faith in God, and trust in Bryan Treadway to appoint him as his successor! I am beyond blessed and amazed at such a humbling position and ministry God has allowed me to serve in.

I’m asking all our partners to take just a minute and say an extra prayer for Sister June, Bro. Wood’s children and all his grandchildren and family that no doubt will miss him greatly this holiday season.
