Preventative education is key to building safer, healthier communities. At Pathways to Healing, we believe that teaching students about healthy relationships, consent, and boundaries can make a lasting impact. Here’s why prevention matters:
1️⃣ Empowers students to recognize and respect boundaries.
2️⃣ Reduces the risk of s*xual violence by addressing harmful stereotypes.
3️⃣ Fosters empathy and encourages bystander intervention.
4️⃣ Promotes open dialogue about consent and mutual respect.

Our mission is to offer a safe and understanding space where you can process your grief at your own pace and find the strength to move forward. If you're looking for support, visit pathwaystohealing.com.

Happy National Dog Month to Oakley (and Cassie)! 🐾
Oakley is trained to detect stored memory devices like flash drives and computers that may contain crucial evidence to help convict suspected offenders. Cassie and Oakley are on-site at Pathways every Tuesday and Thursday, ready to assist in bringing justice for survivors.
We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to making our community safer! Everyone tell Oakley how much you love her in the comments!

As college students return to campus, we enter the "Red Zone," a period from the start of the fall semester through Thanksgiving when the risk of s*xual assault is highest.
At Pathways to Healing, we're dedicated to raising awareness about this critical time and providing essential support to students. Our educational programs aim to prevent s*xual violence by empowering individuals with knowledge and resources.

Sexual violence affects people regardless of race, ethnicity, class, s*xual and gender identity, religious affiliation, age, immigration status, and ability!
Because survivors of s*xual violence may experience the abuse in culturally specific ways, our counselors, educators, and advocates have received training to support survivors who represent the diverse communities represented in the Midlands.
We serve ALL survivors! Please find out more about how we can find your pathway to healing at pathwaystohealing.com!
We are kindly asking for clothing donations to support survivors of s*xual violence! Many people don't realize that survivors' clothes are often taken as evidence, leaving them in need of new clothing to wear home. Due to a recent increase in hospital accompaniments, PTH needs your help restocking the clothes closets at the hospitals we serve.
We're seeking donations of new underwear, sweatpants, sweatshirts, and plain t-shirts in sizes from S-3X. Your generosity can help provide comfort and dignity to survivors during a difficult time.
Thank you for standing with us and the survivors we serve! 💙
