A public library system serving Boone & Callaway Counties, except for the City of Centralia.

Established in 1959, the Daniel Boone Regional Library provides public library services to two library districts in Missouri: the Callaway County Library District (all of Callaway County) and the Columbia and Boone County Library District (all of Boone County outside the 1965 Centralia city limits).

Stuff breaks. It's a fact of life. But that doesn't always mean you have to throw it away. If you have a smallish broken item that you love or need to keep using, don't throw it away! Learn how to fix it. A variety of handy volunteers will join us to share their knowledge of how to repair or mend:

TONIGHT (10/22), 6-7:30 p.m. in COLUMBIA, or attend ONLINE!

Don't forget that you are invited to attend an evening reception to meet the two final executive director candidates, Erin Magner and Robin Westphal, at the Columbia Public Library tonight!

Both Magner and Westphal will make a presentation Tuesday evening, and the public will be able to complete brief surveys about the two candidates. A final interview with the DBRL Board of Trustees is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30. The board expects to make an announcement in early November.
