How it began. FYI- The basement was partially studded while our original renovation was completed in 2019. When the home was built 1978-1979 there was a drywall ceiling in the basement with a large number of cabinets on one wall and a closet where the water lines came in at the front. It did a pretty good job hiding the little BUGGERS that tried to eat up the house until found mid renovation 2019. Otherwise the old wood burning stove was up against the fireplace wall and furnace closet.

Structure was added to prop the house back along the main beam as a result of excess moisture hidden behind the cabinets and under the stairs where there was an appr 3 x 4 foot area open to the dirt. ?????? We don't know why. We got that covered in concrete when the patio was replaced. We also updated the Living room and Dining room after the office was moved downstairs. So here's the pics.

This is Gina here! Quick story and pics to share. Happy Sunday!

Most of you know that our move to Kentucky in 2019 was precipitated by our desire to be closer to family, particularly my father who had a stroke after Mom passed almost 6 years ago. We also changed our business model to fit the needs of small community, while working to finish the renovation of Circa's home and shop.
It was a blessing to be offered work through a well-respected custom builder right away, especially since Covid was just getting started in the spring of 2020. It gave Brandon many opportunities to work and hone his skills in Specialty spray finishes and doing custom millwork, staircases, and cabinets along with his other amazing painting skills.
Fortunately for those lucky homeowners they now enjoy some of the finest finishes to be applied in and on the homes he's completed. Unfortunately for Circa Painting fans, we haven't had many opportunity to share the beautiful work in these private residences, so we thought we might revisit and share some of our projects at home.
This one wasn't quick or easy (thanks to 100+ degree days) but it something that we are proud to share with you all. Rose lane 2022 patio project ....................................revisited😎
