🧴Apply a physical UVA/UVB sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher

😎 Wear a hat, sunglasses, and sun protective clothing

⛱️ Don’t be afraid to seek shade, especially during the hours of 10am-2pm where UV rays are the strongest and the most dangerous
