Helping Children Learn and Grow!
My name is Michelle Cox Lally and I am the owner and director of Bright Star Learning Center, LLC. We are passionate about helping children learn and grow, as well as supporting their family along the way.
I started my early childhood education journey when I opened an in-home day care in Columbia in 2005. As my business grew, I realized there was a big demand for high-quality child care that focused on respect, education, and teaching the whole child.
I wanted to be able to offer this setting to more families and create more jobs for teachers that are passionate about caring for children and having a positive impact on their lives each day. So, my husband and I found a commercial building, renovated it, and opened a center at 4006 W. Broadway in August 2012.
We have 3 classrooms to serve different levels of development in early childhood education. Our Junior Preschool Classroom is for chilren aged 2 and 3 years. Our Senior Preschool Classroom is for children aged 3 and 4 years. Our Pre-K Classroom is for children aged 4 and 5 years old.
