ATI wishes everyone a restful and Happy Labor Day!

ATI is proud to announce the award of a five-year $9.2 million contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Glynco, Georgia effective August 1st. The FLETC, through strategic partnerships with over 100 Federal law enforcement agencies, prepares the law enforcement community to safeguard America’s people, property, and institutions. Glynco is the headquarters location and main campus for the FLETC.

The scope of this contract is to provide Fi****ms Division support to include issue and receipt of fi****ms, ammunition, and related training supplies and equipment; training equipment cleaning, repair, and maintenance; ammunition and weapon storage and inventory; range cleaning and maintenance; lead waste management; and record keeping, data entry and status report generation.

With this win, ATI has further cemented its position as the nation’s premier law enforcement training facility operations and maintenance firm with similar ongoing contracts with the FLETC in Cheltenham, Maryland; the FBI in Quantico, Virginia; and the US Secret Service in Laurel, Maryland.

During this Memorial Day, we take a moment to honor the men and women who, in the end, made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

ATI is pleased to announce that last week, Highway Technology Partners (HTP), an ATI managed joint venture with SaLUT, Inc., was awarded a task order to staff and operate the Geotechnical Laboratory at the Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) in McLean VA, under our FHWA Research and Technical Support for Infrastructure Laboratories IDIQ Contract. HTP also operates the Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Lab through a separate Task Order under this contract. In addition, HTP has been running the FHWA Mobile Asphalt Technology Center (MATC) since 2019 under a separate contract. ATI, as prime contractor, holds two additional contracts with FHWA, operating the Mobile Concrete Technology Center under a SATOC awarded in 2020, as well as a recent award to staff and run the Pavement Testing Facility Lab at TFHRC under our Infrastructure Materials Laboratory Support IDIQ Contract.

ATI is pleased to announce that Highway Technology Partners, an ATI joint venture with SaLUT, Inc., has been awarded a 2+ year Task Order by the Federal Highway Administration to operate the FHWA Nondestructive Evaluation Laboratory located at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, VA. The NDE Laboratory is a world-class facility for the development and testing of NDE technologies. This laboratory houses state-of-the-art NDE tools to support the program’s mission, and to address the growing needs of FHWA and other stakeholders to improve the performance and reduce the lifecycle cost of highway-infrastructure assets. The mission of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) NDE Laboratory is to conduct state-of-the-art research, development, and implementation of nondestructive testing systems and technologies to improve the Nation’s highway infrastructure assets. Since its establishment in 1998, the NDE Laboratory has been maintained as an open resource for the FHWA, State departments of transportation (DOTs), industry, and academia. The NDE Laboratory fulfills the need for unbiased expertise to evaluate emerging NDE technologies, as well as data analysis, fusion, and interpretation.

This Task Order was awarded to the Joint Venture under the TFHRC IDIQ multiple award Research & Technical Support for Infrastructure Laboratories contract we hold. ATI Scores Exceptional Ratings from DHS FLETC … Again!

ATI-EnviroSmart JV, a joint venture between Managing Partner ATI, Inc. and EnviroSmart, Inc., is proud to announce its latest Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) for our ongoing work for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Cheltenham, MD. For the fifth consecutive year on its Facilities Operations Support Services contract, ATI-ES has once again scored Exceptional ratings on all evaluated performance criteria including Quality, Schedule, Cost Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Management.

FLETC’s Contracting Officer’s Representative summed up our performance by noting that “Overall, ATI-EnviroSmart did exceptionally well across all aspects over the past year. The Government is very pleased with the Contractor’s performance for FY22…The Contractor interfaces regularly with Government employees and ALWAYS provides excellent customer service.”

ATI is excited to announce the award of a Small Business $60 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District.

ATI, along with our highly qualified teaming partners, will be supporting the USACE Northwest Division and EPA Region 2 on Environmental Remediation Services contracts. We look forward to building relationships with the USACE KC District team and their customers, while providing excellent environmental services and solutions to their challenges. It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve the USACE KC District, and to help successfully complete their missions!

ATI Awarded 5-Year $10M USACE Savannah Contract!

ACT Services LLC, a joint venture between Managing Partner ATI, Inc. and CTI and Associates, is proud to announce the award of a $10 Million Single Award Task Order Contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District. This purpose of this contract is to provide construction management services (CMS) throughout the Savannah District and other Corps Districts as required. Work is expected to occur at various military installations including Fort Bragg, Fort Gordon, Fort Jackson, Fort Stewart, and Seymour Johnson AFB.

This is the third USACE CMS contract that a JV between ATI and CTI has won, with a total potential value of $30 Million, following awards with the Baltimore and Mobile Districts. Through these contracts, ATI and CTI are supporting two of the biggest ongoing military construction projects – the construction of the new National Security Agency East Campus at Fort Meade and the rebuild of Tyndall AFB in Florida following the destruction of Hurricane Michael.

On Memorial Day, ATI recognizes and honors the sacrifices of the brave men and women who have defended our nation, and those who serve our country today. We are truly grateful for the freedoms and security we all enjoy due to their service.
