With the help of our customers, Socket was able to donate over $900 worth of supplies to City of Refuge - Columbia, Missouri! We love helping impactful organizations in the communities we serve!

Socket had a great time at the 2024 🍄🍻Morels and Microbrews Festival in downtown Fulton, Missouri. Thanks to everyone who came by our tent to check information about Fiber service, grabbed some swag, or received beautifully painted faces from Traditional Art by Cassie.

Congrats to Ken on winning our Socket Brew Basket giveaway, packed with goodies from some of our favorite local breweries! Bur Oak Brewing Company, Last Flight Brewing Company, Logboat Brewing Company, and Prison Brews.

We are experiencing an unexpected internet outage due to our fiber line being cut north of Ashland near E Log Providence Road and E Rte H. This afternoon we received a few reports from customers in the Millersburg area informing us of a connection outage. Our technicians identified a configuration issue, and it has been corrected. The 2023 Socket Christmas Party was a joyful time of celebrating each other for the holidays. Our wonderful employees shared food, drink, and lots of fun memories. Congratulations to our 2023 Socketeer of the Year award winners: Craig Halliburton and David Blake II. You make the difference!

Socket is aware of an outage in Callaway County east of Fulton, affecting some of our customers. The outage was caused by workers from another utility company completing work along Highway UU, which resulted in one of our lines being cut.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as our crews work hard to restore service for those affected. We anticipate service to be restored late tonight.
