Renee comes to us with a strong background in design, having graduated from Maryville University and gained a wealth of experience in various roles within the industry. Her true passion lies in creating designs that ignite excitement in clients, especially when they see the final installation. This drive and dedication make her a perfect fit for our team.

Renee is happily married and has two grown sons, both of whom are married to wonderful women. She’s also a proud grandmother to three amazing grandchildren! Her household is kept lively by her two dogs: Loki, a Dalmatian, and Nala, a Brittany (known as the princess of the family). She loves the design industry and is eager to bring her passion and creativity to Working Spaces.

Stephanie Whiting Nebeker just joined Working Spaces as our new Architectural Products Designer! 🎉

Stephanie brings her extensive experience with commercial interiors, having worked as a designer for two Steelcase dealers and as an architectural project manager and dealer-designer for Maars. She’s also made her mark as a freelance designer for residential interiors.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Stephanie loves life in Edmonds, Washington, where she enjoys restoring her midcentury ranch, listening to the Puget Sound ferry horns and rain, and spending time with her husband and four kids on the beach. She has a passion for historic preservation and dreams of renovating and restoring multiple old properties.

The Working Spaces Denver office just welcomed Emily Cooper as our new Director of Design! 🎉 With an impressive 11 years of experience as a dealer designer, Emily brings a great deal of talent and creativity to our team.

As a CET Nerd, she has done amazing work at a Steelcase dealer like designing showrooms and trying out new design programs. Her background as a military brat, constantly on the move and experiencing diverse places, has shaped her love for creating impactful environments.

At home, Emily is a proud mom to her 1-year-old boy, Finn, and married to her high school sweetheart. Fun fact: Emily and her husband had the same last name before they got married (and no, they’re not related—they checked! 😉)

Let’s give Emily a warm welcome to the team! Stay tuned for the incredible design innovations she’ll bring to Working Spaces. 💡 👏

The Working Spaces Kansas City team rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City last week. From helping out around the shelter to supporting the amazing mission of saving and improving animals’ lives, it was a day well spent. Thanks to everyone who joined to make a pawsitive impact in our community! 🐾 ❤️
