Do you plan your outfits to the salon or do you just throw something on + go?

No judgement either way. We’re all human but when coming into the salon you can never go wrong with a neutral top of any kind!

We say this because when photography your hair at the end, it keeps the focus on you and keeps thing aesthetically pleasing.

Meet Gracie.

The sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. The true definition of grace. She brings special qualities to the team here at Moxie Jay’s. Gracie is very ambitious, stylish and extremely thoughtful.

Growing up as a hairstylist’s daughter, her inspiration to become a hairstylist herself started as young as 4 years old. Her family knew she was destined for this career when they caught her cutting all her Barbie’s hair in the bathtub.

Gracie, has many goals for herself within this industry but her main goal is give her clients the best experience possible while sitting in her chair.

She has furthered her education and began offering handtied extensions. Gracie is Jzstyles certified and also, a Paul Mitchell alumni, like myself so we quickly bonded over the PM ways behind the chair.

As the owner of Moxie Jays, I’m honored to provide a creative space for Gracie to succeed. As of a few years ago, she became my client and I was able to see her through as she attended beauty school, graduation, and her associates program she completed in Louisville.

I am confident, Gracie, is going to excel behind the chair and I can’t wait for each of you to meet her.

As the inspector walked out the door, there was only one phone call I wanted to be able to make. Unfortunately, any number I dialed, I’d never be able hear that gravelly voice of my dad’s. I so badly wish I could tell me, I made it.

So, I’ll tell all of you as I do a little happy dance!! The salon is officially ready to open for business. 🙌🏽 I could not be more excited to share this news!
