Here's a friendly face you probably recognize. Meet our General Manager, Andrew Thompson.

A White Knoll High graduate, Andrew studied at the Culinary Institute of Charleston, earning his degree in 2011.

After honing his skills in Charleston's esteemed dining scene, Andrew returned to the Midlands, eventually joining Saluda's.

Away from work, Andrew enjoys life in Earlewood with his wife, Gabbie, and their Golden Retriever, Jack. 🐾 They love to travel and explore new culinary flavors to bring back to the Midlands.

Introducing the Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop. It's quickly become a Saluda's favorite.

Paired with bacon gouda mac & cheese, southern butterbeans, molasses barbecue glaze, and a green tomato compote.
