Join us Nov 9th and learn to make needle felted ornaments in a variety of styles! This cute tree was made by a beginner who had never felted before in less than an hour. This workshop is listed under the adult section, but kids ages 10 and up can register along with a registered adult. What a fun way to spend an afternoon! All supplies provided. How cute would these ornaments be tied to a package, with the recipient's name written in gold ink? Ornament and paper marbling workshop registration open now! You'll also marble some nice paper that could be used to make cards or a journal cover. Our Benton Art Club friends made some super creative fall trees this week! Some had swings, some had critters, and one was a monster tree that would suck people in like a Venus flytrap and eat them!

In addtion to their usual stand at Parkade, they have a large variety of pumpkins and other gourds over in the Columbia Mall parking lot on the Cafe Court side. KOMU did a nice feature on them:

This morning we held the last class of the session for Youth Mixed Media Exploration! This was a brand new offering this fall and we couldn’t have asked for a more fabulous first session, what a bunch of rockstar artists! 🤩 We are so excited to see this class grow and explore new projects starting in November. Our Story

Making Art Accessible to All

School of Service - Access Arts is a teaching program offering quality experiences in the arts with accessibility to people of all ages, origin, background, to the abled and to those with disability, to the disadvantaged as well as the privileged.

200 annual classes scheduled weekly throughout the year in pottery, weaving, drawing, sculpture, photography and mixed media. Classes typically meet once a week, for six weeks.

Classes are for those of all ages, financial circumstance, ability/disability and ethnic background
Scholarships or fee waivers are available for those unable to attend classes without financial assistance.
