Ya’ll to say I’m excited to have found an affordable source for these stainless steel food containers is an understatement. While I AM I’ve packed my meals in metal tiffins for years because they’re virtually indestructible, super sanitary and dishwasher safe! Available in three sizes these are perfect when you’re grabbing lunch to go or taking to your favorite spot for your leftovers. And they’re 10 bucks cheaper than the ones we used to carry!

Treat yo self! We have dozens of plant based candy options and makes some of the best! These small batch, artisan chocolates from Portland are vegan and gluten free and the “perfect” answer to a chocolate craving.

I read once that some folks open their own business in hopes that it will be successful enough they won’t have to be there. And others for whom opening their own business is kinda like an extension of their home, a refuge of sorts. A place you build to attract the type of customers you desire so that you want to be there and you, in fact, get excited to see them. AN AWESOME UPDATE! Marley is off to his forever home and we couldn't be happier for him and his new family. We're especially happy to share that he was adopted by looooong time Main Squeeze customers and let's just say, he's one lucky dog! Gonna miss that velvety jowl and perpetual motion tail!

Meet our new foster! Warning. This boy’s joy is CONTAGIOUS! Marley is a very youthful middle aged man (7) who couldn’t be any sweeter. He’s a black lab on the top and a basset hound on the bottom, he is a low riding, handsome fella with a velvety black coat that’s so luxurious to touch you won’t be able to keep your hands off of him! He’s HT, CT and good with dogs and cats. He loves walks and is getting better about walking on a leash. He didn’t get much exercise in his old place and he would really benefit from being able to run free in a fenced yard and maybe drop one or two of his 30 lbs. He’s silly and playful and really just a great dog that could fit into a lot of settings with other pets and kids or if he’s the only one I think he would love all the attention. His adorable little legs don’t give him a lot of vertical thrust, so he’s not prone to getting onto furniture unless it’s pretty low to the ground. He needs some work on his stair confidence; he was mostly an outdoor dog before and I don’t think he met stairs until recently. Also he’s hysterically puzzled by how doors work😂.

This nice guy came thru a few months ago and bought three LEAVE WOMEN ALONE t shirts. He told me he and his wife are both travel nurses and they're considering moving with their three young daughters out of Missouri because of the legislature's aggressive restrictions on women. I share their extreme concern about the future of women's healthcare, and frankly women's autonomy, safety and freedom in increasingly dangerous and bizarre times. Remember, they voted NO EXCEPTIONS FOR R**E OR IN**ST.
We have less than 2 weeks to collect the necessary signatures to get Reproductive Rights on the November ballot. All registered Missouri voters can sign but the organizers tell me we're short signatures in the 3rd and 4th Districts. THAT'S MID MO FOLKS! Sign the petition TONIGHT Berlin (Columbia, MO) , April 21st at Peace Park, and at Main Squeeze Mondays 10-5 and Tuesdays-Sat 10-2. And of course, in November vote like women's lives depend on it, because they really do. Missourians for Constitutional Freedom #
