Every state along the east coast is getting a taste of this storm right now.
Snow & rain for the Northeast,
Rain & wind for the Midwest,
Storms & rain in the MidAtlantic,
Storms & tornadoes in the Southeast.
An AREAL FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Noble County until 10 PM.
Urban and small stream flooding could occur from excessive rainfall in the area.
From the NWS: Gauge reports indicate ongoing flooding in the area.

Not much has changed, still anticipate the most modest totals south of town. Areas north 0-1", 1-2" south of town, isolated 2"+ totals, but wet & mixed with rain later.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for Pike, Ross, & Hocking County from 3 AM to 1 PM Saturday, January 6th.
Wet snow is expected in these areas, with snow totals possibly exceeding 1". Could see impacts to roadways as well.
How does the first day of the year play out?
After some early morning snow showers, we get a couple of flakes into the afternoon. But, we're finally dry by this evening.
Temperatures are right on the mark in the mid to upper 30s.
New year, new winter?? Snow showers moving in to start off the year giving us a good coating across Central Ohio!
Visibility is VERY low across parts of Central Ohio tonight.
Some light misting combined with patchy fog is dropping visibility to a mile or less in several spots.
Take care as you head out the door Thursday morning!
A DENSE FOG ADVISORY has been issued for Crawford, Marion, Morrow, & Knox County until noon tomorrow.
Dense fog is doing a number on visibility in Northeast Ohio, dropping below 1/4 mile.
Especially this evening & tomorrow morning, be careful on the roadways.
An AREAL FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Noble County until 4:15 PM.
Watch out for flooding in rivers, streams, or flood-prone areas.
While it might not be raining now, its the runoff from previous showers that is still causing issues.
Visibility starting to take a hit around the metro area as snow showers start to move in.
Heavy snow showers combined with some strong winds will do a number on visibility. Make sure you're being careful on your way home tonight!
Winter starts next week and we’re already looking at our next chance of snow!
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effort for Monday into Tuesday. Several snow showers and strong winds will move in.
This could be our first chance for a decent amount of snow.
Most of our rain is going to come in by Sunday morning. That's when we'll see our heaviest showers.
Chances begin to taper to an on/off setup by the late afternoon and early evening.
We get a bit of a break before more wet weather returns on Monday.
Skies may not be as sunny as the past couple of days, but the temperatures have been just as warm!
Be sure to soak up the mild weather because we're cooling off in the week ahead.
With plenty of sunshine and a subtle southwesterly flow, we'll warm up to the mid 40s today! We're still climbing to the 50s by the weekend!

It's a snap back to reality for the start of the work week! Temperatures today will just barely make it above freezing. With strong winds out of the west, that wind chill will bring "feels-like" values about 10 degrees below the thermometer! Tonight will be BRUTAL!
Some color catching on the clouds as the sun sets this evening! Temperatures are going to drop a good bit below freezing as we go through the rest of tonight! 🥶

A little bit of haze cross Central Ohio this morning. As high pressure moves to the east, we're getting some light smoke in our skies. Thankfully, not seeing a major hit to our air quality.
The Crew return to Columbus this Sunday! Kickoff at 7 PM won't be too bad with temps in the mid 40s and clear skies. By the time Lower.com Field quiets down, temperatures will be dipping into the 30s.
The skies are clear for the Buckeyes v. Spartans game tomorrow night, but it is going to be chilly! Temperatures are already in the lower 40s near kickoff and we're getting closer to freezing as the game goes on.
Clear skies tonight after the sun set a little bit ago! It's going to get pretty chilly tonight, but the sunshine returns in full for the weekend!
Not a bad forecast for Election Day! Cloudy and mild to start with clearer and slightly warmer skies by the time polls close.
