Finally finished his first tattoo after 3 sessions! 😄 So is it still his first tattoo or his 3rd? 🤷🏼‍♀️ lmk what you think.

Also, I love that this was his first tattoo & he went shoulder to shoulder. Most people, me included, usually start small for the first one. But if you plan on being covered with tattoos eventually I say it doesn’t matter where you start or what you start with, just start. Get that big piece that you’ve been wanting honey 💁‍♀️

Does size really matter?
In tattooing, yes, it does. The size of a tattoo matters for several reasons. Some being:

•Detail and Complexity: Larger tattoos can incorporate more intricate designs and finer details, which may not be feasible in smaller tattoos.

•Visibility and Impact: Bigger tattoos are more noticeable and make a stronger visual statement. They can serve as a centerpiece for other tattoos or stand out on their own.

•Longevity and Wear: Larger tattoos often age better. The more spaced-out details are in tattoos the less prone they are to merging together as the skin ages. Designs, especially lettering, done too small can lose detail over time.

•Body Placement:Certain body parts are better suited for larger tattoos due to their shape and space, like the back, chest, or thigh.

Our Pay as You Wait option allows you to put money towards your tattoo service as you wait for the appointment date to arrive. Allowing you to budget more effectively & reduce the uncertainty of future expenses.

Can you go to the gym while your tattoo is healing? Short answer: YES. But here’s some things to remember

-your sweat: ok ✅
-other peoples sweat: bad ❎
When another persons sweat gets into your fresh or healing tattoo that CAN cause an infection

Avoid these things:
-machines that will touch your tattoo
-pads or mats that another person has used touching your tattoo
-your tattoo coming in contact with another person- ex: rolling, sparring or wrestling
-swimming or soaking in a tub
-tanning
-sauna
-excessive sweating such as hot yoga
