I NEVER post about my experiences with businesses, so you best have faith this is important AF.

I COULD CRY RIGHT NOW.

I got an email from GrubHub today, thanking me for an order I placed in Columbus Ohio. I'm pretty sure I've never even been to Ohio, but also I was sitting on my couch eating Doritos - in Boston, MA - when the order when through. Soooo, obvs my GH account had been hacked. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I immediately called the restaurant to let them know it wasn't me, but the order had already been picked up and delivered. The nice man told me to contact GrubHub with the issue.

Five minutes later, while on the phone with GrubHub customer service, I received a call back from the restaurant. The gentleman I had spoken with before was calling to let me know he had contacted GrubHub on my behalf to have the order canceled so my card would not be charged.

Who goes above and beyond like this anymore? This family operated restaurant - that's who.

If I ever visit Columbus, I'm DEFINITELY coming in for lunch.

We are glad to announce that Mr.Hibachi will offer FREE DELIVERY ANYWHERE within the highway i270 inner belt when you order 25+ meals order or any order over $250. Order will have to be place minimum 2 hours in advance or the day before. Order can be place via phone at 614-532-7420 or 614-749-4227. You are also welcome to come directly to the facility to place the order at 3761 Cleveland ave, Columbus. Menu will be attached down bellow.
All hibachi meal/combo comes with Fried rice, sautè cabbage, and 2 yumyum sauce. All additional veggies are available as an add on.

Good morning..Hope everyone had a wonderful mothers day..
With this post, we would like to announce a little change on our delivery system. We, starting Monday, 05/11/2020, will have to place a seal tape on any Order that is placed through grubhub, doordash, or ubereat.
It has brought to our attention that some of our customers have received their meal with missing items or belived that their food has been tampered with.
Unfortunately this discrepancy happened more time than we think and not just to our establishment, but other restaurants as well.
This seal would hopefully prevent our customers to ever go through this unpleasant experience again.
With that being said, to all of our customers who order through all delivery services, please let us now if you ever receive another meal with a broken seal so we can try to solve this problem with the delivery companies.
