Our first sourdough-making class was a success! Made new friends and enjoyed a delicious lunch to boot.

Goat therapy around the farm this weekend

Yesterday was a sad day on the farm. We lost our mini bull, Oreo. Today, though, that means things are looking up for one of these little boogers... who, well, won't become burgers.

Not your average pizza! Homemade sourdough crust, canned marinara, pork sausage raised on our farm, and homemade mozzarella from our Jersey. Knowing exactly where all the ingredients come from means I can call it healthy and not count calories, right!?! 😄 Let's hope, because I'm on my 3rd slice!
