Spice up your appetizer game with Kickin' Egg Rolls, featuring the bold flavors of Kickin' Kay Lynne!
Ingredients
1 Large Quick Chick of Kickin’ Kay Lynne
3 cups coleslaw mix
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Egg roll wrappers, thawed
1 egg, beaten
Canola oil for frying
For the Dressing
½ cup ranch dressing
3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Steps
1. Combine coleslaw mix, Kickin’ Kay Lynne, and green onions in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the Kickin’ Kay Lynne mixture onto bottom third of the wrapper. Lift the point of the wrapper over the filling. Brush the remaining edges with the egg. Fold the left and right corners in toward the center and continue to roll into a tight cylinder.
3. Set aside and repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat ½ inch oil until it reaches 350º. Working in batches, add the egg rolls and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
5. In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, blue cheese, and fresh dill.

Elevate your summer snacking with Barbie-Q Sliders! 👩🍳☀️ Watch our tutorial and make these delicious sliders at home using our Barbie-Q chicken salad. (Recipe below!)
Ingredients
1 Large Quick Chick of Barbie-Q
King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1 jar pickle chips
For the Coleslaw
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lime juice
½ teaspoon sugar
3 cups coleslaw mix
Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and sugar. Add the coleslaw mix and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half lengthwise to create top and bottom buns.
Spoon Barbie-Q across the bottom layer of the rolls. Spread the coleslaw mixture on top of the chicken salad. Place the top layer of the rolls on top of the coleslaw.
Using a food pick, top each slider with a pickle chip and serve.
