Ben treated a few of us to Wing Night (my first) recently, grilling wings and corn using a couple new blends and some cornerstone offerings.
All of them were incredible, but the Ranch Heatwave (two ways) and our Lamb Burger we made for (with a killer wet sauce) stole the show!

My silly goose of a friend inspired me to step up my fried rice game, so I hightailed it to the lab and came up with this little beauty. Finished with veggies from and beef from . Stop in the shop to grab a can (or two) of this delicious Bluescreek beef for yourself! ❤️
Chicken Qorma/Korma is my favorite dish and my go-to when trying new Indian restaurants. It’s a wonderfully layered and balanced savory cashew curry dish. Our Qorma Masala spice blend is inspired by a dish I have cooked both personally and professionally.
I like to add a little bit of a kick (KB’s Gunslinger containing habanero) and some Tandoori and/or Tikka blends with my vegetable base and water for the braise. Krema Nut Company Cashew Butter and Snowville Creamery Yogurt finish the sauce after the chicken is cooked through.
Pictured is Chicken Thigh Qorma over coconut oil-infused jasmine rice. The full recipe can be found on the front page of our website. I proudly stake my reputation as a culinary professional to this dish.
For vegetarians and vegans, chickpeas and jackfruit are easy alternatives to chicken. For chickpeas I would instead toast the spices, add the cashew butter and oat milk, then dress the chickpeas. Jackfruit can be treated similar to chicken thighs with a shorter cook time.

Smoky Southwest - smoked poblano 🫑 infused Sonoma finishing salt
Elderberries - dark berry. Antioxidant with high vitamin-C and dietary fiber. Used in syrups, jams, jellies and more. Safest consumed after cooking to remove the toxin sambunigrin. The raw berries are poisonous.
Himalayan Fine Sea Salt - contains more magnesium, potassium and iron than table salt 🧂 .

We got so excited for the return of Vietnamese Ground Cinnamon that we threw a party with flowers, a (cup)cake 🧁 and ice cream🍦to celebrate! Run, don’t walk, to grab your fix! Speaking of, I may need to go on a run 🏃 after that post-shoot ice cream and cupcake 😅.

I generally don’t like solely sweet entrees outside of breakfast, so I added some of our Southern Hot BBQ blend to balance the flavor profiles. This is my take on a maple-glazed style pork dish. You can also use a combination of Tandoori, Qorma or any of our other savory blends to find the right balance for you.

Tamarind Sugar: a delectable blend of tamarind powder, raw sugar and Vietnamese ground cinnamon.
Used in a variety of desserts such as bolitas de tamarindo, sticky dates pudding, date tamarind loaf cake, and more. It can also be used as a substitute for maple glazes for your entrees (we’ll be exploring this concept further on Thursday 😍)
Bratwurst Seasoning: a blast from the past that flavors your ground pork (or jackfruit for the vegetarians and vegans) into bratwurst - ready to be cooked as is, or used for casing to cook in a more solidified form.
