Planning for the 2023 Bobcat Boosters Ox Roast is well underway. Today Booster President Brandon Lynaugh and Head Ox Dave Schmied toured the Falter's Fine Meats facility on Greenlawn Ave. Falter's supplies all the beef for the annual Ox Roast and we're exploring adding some of their signature brats and dogs to the menu. Pictured is Ryan Schmid and Jason Falter who is a 5th generation owner. By the time the Bobcat Boosters were founded in 1944, Falters had been in business for over 50 years! They're an amazing local business that we're proud to have as our partner.

This year's Ox Roast is September 7th, 8th and 9th.

Our Old Fashioned B**g Bologna is a staple item for many of our customers across Ohio. Our team hand ties each piece before they are wheeled into our smokehouses for a long heavy smoke.
