Schedule:

FULL TIME 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

PART TIME 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday OR 8:00am-1:00pm Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for vehicle preparation to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pick-up
-Drive vehicles from different locations and park vehicles
-Check for vehicle damage and ensure features of the vehicles are operational.
-Fill gasoline tank and check fill levels of all fluids
-Perform related tasks as directed by managers
-Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
-Able to follow directions (MapQuest, Google, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS
-Positive attitude and can-do mentality
-Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Must be able to work outside year-round
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

-Support achievement of location sales and margin goals
-Ensure positive customer experience, making Hertz #1 in car rental company experience
-Reach individual sales goals and customer service goals
-Grow sales utilizing business-to-business sales tactics
-Support branch’s business plan by assisting management
-Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers
-Clean and service facilities to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

-Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles
-Ability to read and understand driving directions and maps
-Proficiency in English
-Valid driver’s license in good standing
