90 pounds on the bar. 140 was my all time record, which I got on a flat surface and not on my driveways incline.
The barbell adds way more shoulder stability than a kettlebell and you have to be much more patient with each step. Give it a try.

Ketogenic diet tip especially when first starting and switching from carbs. Higher protein is needed with higher fat ( this is also what is needed if you are Leptin Resistant--leptin is the master hormone. ) And this protein must come from quality sources- not just vegan/vegetarian protein-- all hormone substrates are built off of animal protein. #ketowithyun

Blue Light For Your Circadian Rhythm Midday sun break to reset my SCN Suprachiasmatic Nucleus and my circadian rhythm. There is blue light in the sun and that is the blue light that our body, eyes, skin, and melanopsin receptors (Blue Light Antennae). When the sun first rises the blue light is the highest and that is a cue to the body to release certain hormones and turn on or off certain processes inside of us. As the day goes on the blue light changes and diminishes but we still need to get outside for the other frequencies of UVA, UVB, Red light etc....so we can make other things like Vitamin D, melatonin, dopamine, POMC, beta endorphins, etc...... The phone or man made blue light will destroy our signalling. So block the man made blue light and get the natural sun blue light on your naked eyes and skin. Deadlift tips for Youth Athletes (& Adults) Parents you need to be careful with 'weight room' workouts for your young athletes, it usually is not a certififed strength coach. There is a difference between a professional who works with athletes and on themselves, vs. a personal trainer, a teacher who lifts, a sport coach, etc..... Every athlete is different. If they are squatting or deadlift or lifting heavy you have to makje sure they are doing it correctly. It may injure them as a teen, or later in life when they are 40-60. Sorry Gray Cook, but you are wrong. You are the expert in functional movement, injury prevention and rehab and biomechanics but not this. Especially the darker one is, it would simply be impossible to make enough, especially if one is already low due to modern day living under fake lights and electro-pollution. #vitamindwithyun
WHY I DON'T GET SICK Now about a week I felt what was the first remenants of 'getting sick'. And amazingly it happened after 2 nights of my mouth tape coming off while I slept. After 2-3 days of extra nasal breathing, essential oils, Raw goat milk, cold exposure, it all went away. Plus I quadrupled the sleep mouth tape--no way that was coming off ;) This also happened last year as well, but didn't develop into full on sick and can't do anything. --- Video and post is From 2 years ago, but still and always will ring true. The cold makes you stronger. The cold scares a lot of people. Everybody in my family- wife, daughter, son got sick. 2nd time in 5 or 6 weeks. I started cold thermogenesis ice baths in November of 2018. Cold increases magnetism. That is the primary benefit, but most people do not understand that, or and most people who do do CT don't understand it. They will talk about with fat loss, recovery, pain reduction, better sleep, and on and on goes the benefits of CT. But LIGHT, WATER, MAGNETISM is our 3-legged stool of life and nature. (This is actually my next premium Improvement Warrior University webinar coming soon) It is required for optimal functioning. Optimal mitochondrial functioning. There are a lot of things that can destroy us in this modern world from food to people to sitting too much, but the really big ones are artificial light and non-native EMFs aka Electro-Pollution. Sitting in cold water, grounding, being in the sun are some of the things that protect us from these things or at least attempt to restore us, and restore us properly. Because life is energy and energy is life. YOu don't have it you will search for many other ways to get it---coffee, food (especially carbs because they recycle ATP the fastest), energy drinks, sleeping pills, supplements, crazy workouts, and on and on. But these things are only band aids, eventually things will break if you are disconnected from nature. Disconnected from cold and winter.
