Our entire POS system is being updated at the most inopportune time. I’m very sorry for the delays.
Well, the whole staff wanted to be off with their family tonight. Since the manager realizes this is the busiest night of year, he will be in there to try and do what he can. Please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience.

PSA: Don’t spend your final moments of 2021 being rude to my staff tonight or anyone else’s for that matter. Every restaurant is short staffed due to illness and I’ve instructed them to hang up immediately on rude people. There is a choice, there is always a choice. Choose happiness!
