Maximize your biceps gains with these 3 essential tips! ๐Ÿ’ช

1. Progressive Overload: Challenge your biceps by gradually increasing resistance or weight over time. Whether it's adding more plates or squeezing out extra reps, keep pushing your limits for optimal growth.

Vegan - Red Lentil Dahl

>>Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive oil or Coconut Oil
ยฝ Brown Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh ginger - Grated
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 medium Sweet Potato
1 cup Red Lentils
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
2 Bay Leaves
2 Cloves
2 Star Anise
3 Cardamom Pods
1 tin Diced Tomato
1 tin Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
ยฝ tsp Salt

>>Method/To Make:

Step 1 - Heat the oil over medium to high heat, then add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onion turns translucent and fragrant.

Step 2 - While the onions cook, use a peeler to peel the skin off the sweet potato, then cube the flesh and set aside.

Step 3 - Add the sweet potato into the pot with the onions then toss in the spices, lentils, diced tomato, coconut milk, water, and salt. Stir it all together and then cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 4 - Stir the pot occasionally to make sure there is enough liquid and add in a little water at a time if the dahl needs it. The consistency should be like a thick soup when it is ready and the lentils broken down. Scoop out the bay leaves, cloves, star anise, and cardamom pods before serving with rice.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4 - 6 Servings
