I used to think the anxiety and panic attacks I experienced belonged to me. It was part of my identity. “I have anxiety”, is what I’d tell myself.

Being an “anxious person” came with a lot of shame and guilt. I felt embarrassed if I had an episode in public. I began limiting myself and avoided the activities, people or places that I thought activated my anxiety. (Which totally didn’t work!)

I tried talk therapy. I took courses on dealing with anxiety. I tried medication, which only made me feel worse.

Everything changed when I learned how to manage my energy.

I discovered that 90% of “my” anxiety was actually energy I was absorbing from others. I learned simple tools I could use to clear and release that anxious energy.

I no longer describe myself as an “anxious person”. Anxiety is not my identity.

I’m sharing all of these simple tools, techniques, and more in my Energetic Health Workshop, “RELEASE”, 3/19, 6:30-8pm at BOHINDI.
